I hadn't heard of Wilkie Collins befo...Beth --<br /><br />I hadn't heard of Wilkie Collins before now, but yes he can be considered Victorian Gothic. His works <i>The Moonstone</i> and <i>The Woman in White</i> make use of common Gothic tropes like madness, mistaken identity, drugs and imprisonment.
